A modern renovation to a typical suburban ranch house.
The intention of the client was to keep part of the existing house as to preserve part of the existing architecture that will tie the house to the street. The marriage between the two structures is provided by a modern arch/bridge that links the existing with the new. The addition includes a master suite and a new kitchen where a previous solarium separated from the house was.
