I've spent 12 years designing modern homes for families across the DMV—and I started RT Studio because I got tired of watching good projects derail over budget confusion and poor planning.

Why I Created the Modern Vision Assessment (MVA)

I'm an architect, but I'm not interested in ego projects or Instagram-worthy designs that don't work for real families. I care about creating homes that make daily life better—spaces with great light, smart layouts, and materials that last.

Over the years, I've watched too many families start custom projects without a clear budget or plan. They fall in love with a design, then get hit with sticker shock. Or they commit to an architect only to discover zoning issues halfway through. It's stressful, expensive, and completely avoidable.
