Tiered Design Plans: Once the Review is complete, our full design services are structured into clear, tiered packages (e.g., Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Basic, Complete, Premium). This ensures you select the level of service and documentation that precisely matches your budget and complexity needs.

Am I obligated to hire you after the Review?

What is the typical timeline for a full custom home?
12 to 18 months total, depending on the scope. The Review provides the earliest and most reliable schedule for your specific scope.
