The Modern Vision Assessment (MVA) is a $2,500 feasibility study that clarifies your options before you commit to design. We review zoning, setbacks, structural considerations, budget alignment, and multiple layout concepts — all visualized in 3D so you can see the potential clearly.
Every MVA is reviewed by our team, including a registered architect, for technical accuracy.
