A Modern Vision Assessment (MVA) is a 10–14 day feasibility study that clarifies what’s possible for your home before you commit to design. We look at zoning, setbacks, structural considerations, budget alignment, and multiple layout options — all visualized in 3D so you can see the potential clearly.
