  • Residential designers specialize in designing and arranging homes. They work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and lifestyle to create functional and aesthetically pleasing living spaces. Hiring an architect will not only result in a great design that meets your requirements and goals but also guarantees a return on investment that can double or even triple

After that, we'll dive into the Needs and Options Review to explore the potential of the site, available space, lot coverage, and more. This entire process typically lasts around a month.

  • We get it, everyone has their own timeline, and we respect that. However, we also believe in giving the design process its due time and not rushing it. Typically, it takes around two to three weeks, depending on how quickly we receive feedback from the client. Don’t forget that we are partners in your project.

  • You have the option to hire engineers directly, but I can also facilitate this for you. Hiring through us ensures that we select engineers already familiar with our workflow and standards, potentially streamlining the project's progress.

  • We are not builders, but as architects, we won't abandon you throughout the process. The level of our involvement during construction will vary depending on the design package you choose. Rest assured, we will connect you with skilled contractors we've collaborated with before, who specialize in contemporary residential architecture and are available for your project.

  • Depending on the project's scope, you might require a building permit or not. Nowadays, cities and counties typically mandate building permits for nearly all projects, especially if there are any modifications to the house's structure or significant changes to the project's interior layout or additional bathrooms or expanded kitchen. Once we've discussed the program of the project, we'll inform you about whether a building permit is necessary or not.
