About Damian
Hi, I’m Damian — Founder & Principal Designer
I lead the design vision at RT Studio, shaping each project through proportion, flow, light, and material. My focus is on creating homes that feel calm, intentional, and effortless to live in. I guide clients through decisions with clarity and care, helping them see possibilities they may not have imagined.
My influences range from the discipline of Le Corbusier to the warmth of Frank Lloyd Wright, with a deep appreciation for the restraint and quiet precision found in Japanese architecture. These ideas shape the way I think about modern homes — grounded, warm, and thoughtfully composed.
I have a particular passion for mid-century modern homes — the ranches, split-levels, and post-and-beam houses that define so many neighborhoods in Bethesda, North Bethesda, McLean, and Potomac. These homes have a soul that most contractors don't understand. We do

Hi, I’m Gadi — Founder & Registered Architect
As the studio’s Architect of Record, I bring the technical depth that ensures every design is structurally sound, code‑compliant, and ready for permitting. I translate ideas into precise drawings and guide clients through technical decisions with clarity and ease.
I’m steady, detail‑driven, and deeply committed to thoughtful architecture. My work is influenced by the mid‑century and post‑war homes that define our region — their proportions, logic, and quiet simplicity.
