RT Studio is led by Damian and Gadi, friends for more than twenty years, who share a commitment to modern homes that people actually want to live in.
RT Studio is based in Rockville, MD 20852. We serve homeowners throughout Montgomery County, including Bethesda, North Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Potomac, and Rockville, and across Northern Virginia, including Arlington, McLean, Alexandria, Falls Church, and Great Falls.
About Damian
Hi, I’m Damian, Founder & Principal Designer
I lead the design at RT Studio. My job is turning a vague sense of what you want into a home that's open, full of light, and connected to the outdoors. Most of my clients arrive knowing something isn't working but not knowing what's possible. Showing them is the part I like best.
My influences run from Le Corbusier's discipline to Frank Lloyd Wright's warmth, with a deep appreciation for the restraint of Japanese design. That's the thinking behind homes that feel grounded, warm, and quietly composed.

About Gadi
Hi, I’m Gadi, Founder & Registered Architect
As the studio's Architect of Record, I make sure every design is structurally sound, code-compliant, and ready for permitting. If you've heard stories about projects stalling at the county for months, I'm the person who prevents that.
I translate ideas into precise drawings and walk clients through the technical decisions without the jargon. My work is influenced by the mid-century and post-war homes that define our region, and by their logic and quiet simplicity.
