Concrete House

Minimalist New Home · Buenos Aires, Argentina · Unrealized

A small home around a courtyard

A compact, single-story home for a small urban lot in Buenos Aires. Instead of facing the street, the house turns inward: every room wraps a central courtyard, so light, air, and garden views reach the whole plan.

Full-height glass lines the courtyard, turning the gallery hall and living pavilion into one continuous space with the garden. The footprint stays small, but the home feels open and calm.

The palette is deliberately restrained: exposed concrete, warm wood, and glass. Fewer materials, fewer details, and nothing that competes with the light.

This project was designed but not built. Images are design renderings.
