The Facade: A bold interplay of charcoal vertical siding and crisp white stucco emphasizes the home’s unique, interlocking custom volumes.
Terraced Living: Massive wrap-around decking and architectural concrete stairs resolve the sloped lot, creating a multi-level outdoor experience.
Chef’s Hub: The interior centers on a professional-grade kitchen featuring a monolithic waterfall island, dual integrated appliances, and warm walnut flooring.
Light & Volume: Vaulted ceilings and expanded black-framed glazing blur the lines between the industrial-leaning interior and the lush DC landscape.
