Washington Ct House

New Home · Alexandria, VA

Three generations, one home

A new home for three generations under one roof, each with its own space.

Every family group has its own part of the house, yet it reads as one home, and one or two units can become rentals later.

The backyard can be reached straight from the front of the property, which makes entertaining easy. Fiber cement panels and wood cladding give it a modern, warm face on the street.
